Nutrition


At InnerDrive, we believe in fueling our bodies with real food. We believe that real food is what gives us the nutrients and energy to perform activities both inside and outside of the gym. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, gain muscle mass, have more energy, or hit more PRs, a proper diet filled with real foods is what will get you there.

CrossFit Kids


Can you say fun? Created by a Licensed Physical Education Teacher, our PLAY program is an action packed combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning for our future CrossFitters.

Olympic Lifting


Both the snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and power output. These lifts are an integral part of the CrossFit Program and dramatically improve athletic performance in every sport. Our Olympic Lifting program is for the Novice Olympic lifter, and those new to CrossFit, looking to improve their technique and increase their familiarity with these movements.

Yoga


The benefits from Yoga are very similar to CrossFit; improved stability, better alignment, increased mobility, balance and body awareness. Through Yoga, CrossFitters can grow stronger physically and mentally ultimately leading to enhanced performance, speedier recovery and safer movement. Yoga is every other Saturday at 9:15am and is free to all members and $5 for non-members. All levels are welcome, no CrossFit experience necessary. Please bring a mat if you have one.
