CrossFit Kids

Can you say fun? Created by a Licensed Physical Education Teacher, our PLAY program is an action packed combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning for our future CrossFitters. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running and jump rope to name a few. Kids build physical and mental strength, gain confidence and work to improve social skills by working with peers. Come see for yourself what all the kids are talking about. Ages 6-11.
